Kid Rock is running for the Senate

I wouldn't be shocked if he won either. His fans are the worst. However he has been raping Detroit residents of their money for years with his concerts, so he might as do it some more.

The Rock is also being legitimately talked about as a potential presidential candidate.

From an international perspective, this is all quite entertaining and also frightening.

I feel like with celebrity types running for office, kinda shows how meaningless the job really is. I kind of like the honesty in that.

With the way things are going I can imagine that one day they will abolish the election process and instead run an America's Got Talent style show where prize will be becoming president of the USA. The more famous and deluded the contenders the better.

I laugh, but with the state that the UK is at the moment I'd probably welcome this idea over here.

At least if there was a talent show Kid Rock would surely lose.
