So, I decided to have a weight check with all the different information available as my ballooning waist size is something which disappoints me considering how skinny I used to be seven years ago but guess all those pizzas/burgers/fish and chips have caught up with me but it's not irretrievable but eating better but yes, I'm a fat bastard!

BMI is flawed as hell and doesn't take into account for people who are just really good athletes.

I'm at a healthy weight apparently, but BMI is a flawed system. It should be used as a very, very rough guide to someone's general health and fitness.
