WWE World Heavyweight Championship
Dean Ambrose (c) vs Seth Rollins vs Roman Reigns
Winner: Seth Rollins
I don't know how this one is going to play out, but I feel certain they won't give it back to Reigns already. They won't want to reward him immediately after he comes back from a suspension, and they tend to prefer Reigns on the chase for the title than defending the title. In many ways it makes the most sense to keep the title on Ambrose. It makes him look weak if he loses it so soon, and I'm not sure what's next for him if he loses: he's not on Raw so I'm not sure if he gets a rematch, and if Cena and Styles are feuding and Brock and Orton are feuding, there's not a lot left for Ambrose.
Still though, it seems more likely to me that the WWE championship stays on Raw. The main title stays on the main show. And Ambrose beat Rollins clean on Smackdown which to me suggests that Rollins might be winning this weekend.
Six-Man Tag Team Match
John Cena, Enzo & Cass vs The Club
Winner: John Cena, Enzo & Cass
Styles won the first match in this feud, and I feel like it makes the most sense to have Styles win the Summerslam match too - the one that's likely for the new championship. So I reckon Cena has to win this match to keep the feud going. Plus if the Club is going to split after this show, why bother giving them the win?
Grudge Match
Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn
Winner: Sami Zayn
Owens won their last confrontation, so I think Zayn should win this one if it really is the blow-off. I do think there's a chance that this one has a fuck finish though, leading to a loser leaves Raw match at Summerslam. But if that's the case then there's a 50/50 chance that Zayn technically gets the win anyway, so I still reckon he's the best guess here.
Tag Team Match
Charlotte & Dana Brooke vs Sasha Banks & ???
Mystery Partner: Bayley
Winner: Sasha Banks and Partner
I don't think this is going to be Bayley. It could be Nikki or Paige or Naomi or a random guest star from the 90s or something. But given everyone's talking about Bayley, and I want it to be Bayley, lets go with Bayley. She has as good a chance as anyone else, but this is a really tricky one to call. I do think that no matter who the partner is, Sasha is going to win this one. It's a good way to prepare her for a title shot at Summerslam.
Tag Team Match
The New Day vs The Wyatt Family
Winners: The New Day
I'm kinda split on this one, but with the Wyatts having kinda split up a little, it probably makes most sense to let the faces win here. Particularly given the feud can't continue after this.
United States Championship
Rusev (c) vs Zack Ryder
Winner: Rusev
Please let Rusev win this one. Ryder in the title picture is kinda sad. Ryder with the title would be very sad. The weird thing is because both of these guys are on different brands, as are the competitors in the IC Championship match, I could see both challengers winning as a kind of fake out by WWE, to make it look briefly like one of the shows would be without a midcard title. It's the sort of thing they'd do. But the idea of both Ryder and Young being midcard champions at the same time is just too ridiculous, so I have to vote using common sense here, even if my gut is steering me differently.
Intercontinental Championship
The Miz (c) vs Darren Young
Winner: The Miz
I just can't bring myself to vote for Darren Young. It'd be too stupid.
Grudge Match
Becky Lynch vs Natalya
Winner: Natalya
I'd like to see Becky win here, but there's a chance they drag this one out for another month and then crown a new champion at Summerslam. In which case, I think the smart way to play it is to have Natalya cheat and pick up a tainted victory, building up to Becky's big win at Summerslam.
