...so this was announced a couple days ago and I still can't figure out what the fuck the Titans are thinking. Mularkey has had two absolutely abysmal head coaching stints in Buffalo and Jacksonville. Who in their right mind thinks it's a good idea to give this guy a third chance???

My guess is this all comes down to Mariota and giving him continuity of system. Nothing ruins QB's faster than changing everything about the offense they run early in their career. It will come down to how strong of a staff he can build to help him in other areas, but this could work. Probably won't, but could.
