Okay, so, for my first act as commissioner, I am going to do what every good commissioner does and be indecisive! Huzzah! But we need to choose a website to host it on.

Judging by the initial signup thread, it looks like ESPN is right out, because we all agree that it sucks and we hate it and we do not wish to be at all associated with any site that would employ Chris Broussard and Skip Bayless. Good.

So here’s the poll: Yahoo, or NFL.com? Also, suggest a day of the week to do the draft, if you please.

I prefer Yahoo...I can do Thursday for the draft as long as it doesn't go too late, but nobody can really predict that I guess. Monday is good for me if that option is available.

I can't do Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays at all. Wednesdays and Sundays would be the best days for me. If everyone is keen on a Thursday maybe @SKS could draft for me? I trust him, whether or not that's a good thing I don't know .

Okay! The current site poll is 6-3 in favor of NFL.com. Since there are 12 teams, and I am abstaining from voting as a neutral commissioner, this means NFL.com has a majority and we will be playing there.

For a draft date, I'm thinking a Wednesday, at 9 pm Central Time. Use this site to convert 9 pm in Dallas, Texas to the time in your local time zone, and let me know if that will work for you.

Are we going split league (2 divisions) or the flat 12? I'd prefer to be drafting sooner rather then later as I'm due to back to University soon and don't want to have to deal with that and this at the same time.

Ok, homeboys, we're doing a Flat 12, no divisions, 6-team Playoffs during Weeks 15, 16, and 17. The Draft is set for Wednesday, August 19 at 9pm Central Time. Standard Roster/Scoring, with the Flex position being RB/WR/TE.

ALL OF THESE SETTINGS ARE CHANGABLE, so if there is a conflict, let me know, and we will work something out.

Do you mean Draft Order? That'll be random.

Also, Playoffs changed to Weeks 14/15/16.

Question: Do we want a Trade Deadline or not? Currently, we have one set for November 27, but that can be moved up or turned off, not pushed further.

Also, if you sign up and can't think of a cool team name, just make your placeholder "[Username's] Team" or something similar, so I can easily keep track of who has and hasn't signed up. You can always change it later.
