Looks like we got 10 out of 12 signed up so far. Does anyone know who's missing? I think one may be @ShaneoFan, but I'm not sure on the other.

If we are doing the promotion/relegation system, it should be a pool rather than a division system because then it wouldn't be fair if someone in division 2 has a worse record than someone in D1 and they move on because they made the playoffs and went one and done. the playoffs should be the top 4 teams with best record and not have lets say someone close to .500 get in the playoffs.

Sorry to intervene here but I don't think ESPN allows you to do no divisions. At least when I tried it, you had to have at least 2.

Yep, it won't allow us to do that but to answer the question above about the playoffs..the ones with the best record will be in the playoffs and if there is a tie between two or more teams the points they received during the regular season will be added up and will determine who is in and those who don't make the top 4 or 6 will be in consolation matchups for the duration of the league playoffs and championships.

I figured it out, what you have to do is just set every team to division 1, hit the minus sign next to division 2 and division 2 disappears, leaving you with no divisions.
