The Cleveland Browns are about to lose to the Cincy Bengals. It will be their 13th loss this regular season. Before that they lost 4 preseason games. Before that they lost the last 3 games of the 2015 regular season. Altogether that's 20 straight times on the field without a win, counting preseason. The record streak for losses counting the preseason is 21 games by the 1982-83 Houston Oilers.
