Osweiler is pissed at Denver, no doubt.

Also, Alex Mack is going to the Atlanta Falcons.

I feel like that's gotta be part of it yeah. Probably feels slighted by Denver. But stlil, you put four years into learning their offense and now you leave for a completely different franchise? Crazy.

In fairness, he's learned three or four offenses in Denver and now the offense Denver is running isn't totally unfamiliar to what he'll run in Houston.

The weirdest part about Osweiler leaving Denver s the talent around him. He is bailing on a top flight defense, capable RBs, D-Thomas, and a team that just won the Super Bowl with a broken down Manning. All that to play in Houston. He is choosing more money to play with a worse defense, Lamar Miller (not bad), and no WRs after Hopkins. As a fan of the NFL, it is nice to see the AFC South get better. That division was a crap hole and teams to be making moves.

It is being reported that Denver is targeting RG3 and Colin Kaepernick to replace Manning/Osweiler. :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol

They would be better off going after Ryan Fitzpatrick and drafting a QB. Fitzpatrick could be a solid game manager that is good enough to give the defense a chance. It would also likely be the best WR core that Fitzpatrick has played with. It is a hell of a lot better then choosing Kaep or RG3.

Everyone's talking about the Broncos defense which is great, but remember the Texans defense dragged a Brian Hoyer and Brandon Weeden quarterbacked team to the playoffs and they play in a division that doesn't have Oakland, Kansas City and San Diego in it.

The term "re-build" implies they've ever started building something since 1999. That would be a gross overstatement of the facts as we know them.

And the Jets are in talks with RG3. Why even waste the money? Geno is cheaper, healthier, and a better teammate (yes I know a guy punched him out). I kind of wonder if Washington could have gotten something in a trade for RG3. Even a late rounder, would have been better then cutting him.

BJ Raji retired. That one's kind of a surprise, although he's had some injuries and wasn't getting offers in free agency.

The Browns released Mr. $2 Million per catch Dwayne Bowe, and Karlos Dansby yesterday.

Dansby will get one more chance to pick a team that has a chance to win a Super Bowl, he actually played well in Cleveland, but good riddance to Bowe.

I think they would have ideally wanted a pick for him but no team was going to pay Griffin what he was set to make and Redskins had no leverage. Everyone knew they had to cut him.

Alfred Morris signed with the Cowboys today.

I think this is going to be a big move, and that he's going to have a big year. I might look stupid when we revisit this post in like 9 months, but Morris has plenty of tread left, he thrives in a zone blocking scheme and the Cowboys have the best zone blocking offensive line in football. I think this is a perfect low-risk signing that could yield some really high rewards.

With 16 games and the way Cam Erving blocks, there's plenty of time to get RGIII and a rookie killed next season.
