The Cleveland Browns have decided to fire Bernie Kosar from his pre-season color commentary duty.

Kosar said he was fired due to his post concussion syndrome which can affect his speech in a minor way, the Browns disagree with that. Furthermore they decided to replace him with former Bengals and Steelers cornerback Solomon Wilcots - because Browns fans don't get to hear him enough during the regular season when CBS' Broadcast G-Team does their games.
Seriously bothered by how out of touch this team is and how much they make an effort to cut themselves off of the only proud memories their fan base has of their football team (which all date back to pre-1995).
Kosar was a brilliant guy at breaking down plays and talking about coverages and audibles and what a quarterback should be looking at and doing on each play. Probably fired him because he did a better job of it than the QB coach and offensive coordinator do every year teaching it to their quarterbacks every year.
