I fucking hate this victim mentality that Chelsea have. They complain about EVERYTHING yet are one of the dirtiest teams around. Proper cunts.

Considering how Mourinho-Chelsea have behaved this week, their 3-0 defeat and the manner of it, is befitting to add to their woes this week.

If City buy Pedro/De Bruyne, sign Otamendi then clear favourites for the title at this stage.

All this speculation about a keeper for United. What ever happened with Valdes? Is he still at the club or what?

Van Gaal hates him because he refused to play for the reserves or something. He looks like he'll be on his way soon enough.

He's at the club and stuck with the reserves. Van Gaal said he refused to play in U21 games as asked and Valdes replied tweeting games he'd played in but tbh, considering we gave him a chance to rehabilitate from his ACL - he's a knob. Shame as he'd have been playing now had he not had a hissy fit.

@PorkChop Like I said in my match recap yesterday, he's a creative player and he can create chances, had a big part in one of the goals and assisted another that was wrongly ruled out. Now if he's trying those flicks when the game isn't already put to bed I'd maybe be a bit harder on him but as it is I'm looking forward to seeing more of him.

and then there's this :lol

Bournemouth unlucky tonight - should have had their goal allowed and Gary Neville, rightly, says they've cocked about the offside rule as Benteke opens his account but Coutinho interfering in keeper's vision I reckon.

Also, wish Sky would fuck off promoting their box sets as the end of games, even the presenters seem embarrased plugging them

I'd say Liverpool definitely deserved the win. The back four was solid and kept Bournemouth relatively quiet, Mignolet didn't have to make a save at all to be honest. Lallana, Coutinho and Benteke all played well so overall the performance was good - fancy Arsenal to put a few past them though.

I agree that Bournemouth were unlucky though. I can sympathise with the disallowed goal because in the referee's line of sight all he can see is Elphick with both hands on Lovren's shoulders and he has a split second to make that call, Neville's highlighting of Lovren's experience to sell the foul was some good punditry.

Benteke's goal though? No excuses for getting that call wrong - literally everybody watching can see that Coutinho has made a play for the ball and is therefore offside, the referee/linesman didn't have impaired vision at all, they just made a horrible decision. The officials will have been studying the new ruling all Summer so there really isn't any reason for them to get that call wrong, it was the easiest example of the new ruling you'll see all season.

It's pretty ridiculous that we're only two games into the season and already we're debating horrendous refereeing decisions.

How they allowed Benteke's goal to stand was beyond me, fucking ridiculous.

I saw the first half, I thought Benteke looked better than he did last week. He won basically everything in the air and looked pretty threatening. Give him a few more weeks to settle and I think he'll start banging them in.

An encouraging performance tonight and result. Memphis took his goals brilliantly and a shame he messed up his hat-trick goal but the front four worked nicely besides Mata who was quiet. Back four continued their form and the continuity in selection is showing. Fellani does the business when needed!

Not always going to get the space provided but good to see a boost in our attacking play. Rooney was better but still not there yet.

Romero is a lucky bugger - sure De Gea/Valdes were laughing at him!

Missed opportunity today for three points considering we're away to Swansea next Sunday who are a good team and beat us 2-1 last season.

First 30 minutes or so, we played well - pleasing thing was a good tempo in the attacking third and pressing well but we faltered and went into the old, slow, methodical style of play and Newcastle played easily after that point. I still don't understand - if this is LVG telling them to do that - how it works. Example being Januzaj, Memphis, Rooney broke before half time, Januzaj should have played in Rooney IMO but instead stopped, passing to Memphis (still adjusting to the PL compared to Europe going off on the physicality side of it) and the play was destroyed. Second half wasn't a massive improvement, can't think of a player who played well. Everyone was the same.

I'd be surprised if we signed a striker - no real option available.

Tough win over Hibs today, game was a contest right up until full time. Both sides found it very difficult to break through and chances were sparse. Only goal of the game came from another fantastic free kick from James Tavernier. It wasn't a demolition like most of our games so far this season but that's 6 wins out of 6 nonetheless.

We're ahead of Queen of the South on goal difference right now but we're playing them next Sunday on BT Sport (last of the televised games for a while :'( ) so we'll hopefully have a decent lead by next week.

Celtic set to make it a second year in a row failing to make the CL group stages.

Ah, suppose, they'll coast to domestic success as always but Deila surely won't last in the job for long now.
