Lampard or Gerrard?

In their primes, which of the two would you rather have in your team?

I'd rather have Lampard. Gerrard delivered better corners and free kicks (I'd consider them about even on pentalties though), dictated pace better and is probably the better passer of the two. However, Lampard posed more of a goal threat, made better forward runs and was probably the more reliable and consistent of the two. I preferred Gerrard on the international stage though, but at club level I'd have Lampard.

Definitely Gerrard. Peak Gerrard was outstanding, using a Brendan Rodgers word there.

Lampard had a phenomenal goal scoring knack but Gerrard as captain, took a team not so filled with players of his calibre, in tough moments to success.

ATM though, I'd have Lampard. Definitely performed, and evolved, his game as he has got older.
