I wouldn't go as far to compare him to Zidane because they are different types of players.

I'd say Toure is the best box-to-box (and some might say, better) since the peak careers of Scholes, Lampard and Gerrard. He's scored 20 league goals, which he has now equalled Lampard's tally in 09/10.

How he came third in the Football Writers Awards I have no idea. Guy has been immense.
