Not biased, not at all because Liverpool could end their 30 year wait for a league title or Leeds to get promoted, but the answer: :yes

On a realistic note, they need to decide what they want to prioritise. Finishing this season or protecting the next. If it's the latter and football hasn't resumed by end of June, then unfortunately they will have to scrap it due to the unforeseen and extraordinary circumstances. If things improve, and football resumes, they finish the season however best possible. With Qatar 2022, this may help organising league seasons for that perhaps.
