Obama's presidency will always get an incomplete grade. He hasn't been able to accomplish anything near what he set out to do because the republican controlled congress has gone extremely far out of their way to purposefully sabotage him, more so than probably any president in American history. Then they have the audacity to say it's him who's divided America over the last eight years.
