It will be some shit like instead of 30 hours a week they will only be granted 20 hours a week of work unless you are management

As an accountant let me tell you the dirty little secret about wages being a major cost for large companies. The large cost is a lie, major companies spend way more in many other areas then employee wages. With that said, their is a limit to how high minimum wages can go before it becomes a issue to any company. Also small businesses do feel the brunt of increased minimum wage alot quicker.

My biases refuse to let acknowledge that they're doing this for any reason other than self interest one way or another. However it's definitely good for most of their employees.
