What's the consensus on Trump in America at the moment?

From over here, it looks like he's doing an abysmal job and seems to be hellbent on reversing all forms of progress.

What are Trump voters saying now? Are they still sticking by him? Are things really as bad as they look?

There will never be any consensus because a Trump supporter is by their very nature ignorant and self-centered and way too stubborn to ever admit they were wrong. That's the biggest problem with Trump, he'll do nothing but drive a further wedge into this country.

His popularity ratings are, I believe, historically low for someone only a month into his presidency. But obviously he still has his supporters, who will stand by him almost no matter what. Some of the most audacious lies he tells on Twitter still get 300,000 likes, which tells you where some of these people are at.

Yeah, this is pretty accurate. Trump supporters are more of a problem than Trump himself in the long run.

However, like Steve said, we can at least look at some objective stats to give us an idea of the majority opinion, if not the consensus.

-He's hitting record disapproval numbers and record low approval numbers already in his tenure.
-More than half of the electorate voted for his opponent
-There is a greater disparity than ever before in terms of Democrats vs. Republicans in terms of approval/disapproval
-There is a greater disparity than ever before in terms of whites vs. minority for approval/disapproval

Basically, the majority of the country rightly believes he's a fucking wack job who should be impeached, but there is a sizable portion of people who for some reason are still drinking the kool aid, and a lot of them seem to be in congress.
