Foxweekly used to be a youtube spammer group named Swenzy (later "SocialVevo") and emmayouarenext.com resembles one of their previous schemes, a website with a countdown to a supposed announcement about the character Brian from Family Guy:

Emmauouarenext.com is hosted on the same server as a company called Rantic Marketing, who are basically social media manipulators. They earn money off ad revenue. It's a viral marketing scheme which has nothing to do with 4chan or anyone else. The countdown will end and there will be no nudes.

Also, it really bugs me when stories about 4chan hit the mainstream media as they ALWAYS treat 4chan like one person. It's never "a person on 4chan", it's just "4chan", full stop. "4chan is threatening to..." or "It is believed 4chan are responsible for...".

Imagine if they treated Twitter or Facebook as one person. "Twitter racially abuse Mario Balotelli" or "Facebook cyber-bullies thousands of children each year". It would sound stupid. Yet because 4chan isn't particularly well-known by the general public, that fallacy is told time and time again. It really bugs me.

Problem is Facebook or Twitter don't have a history of targeting and abusing people for various reasons. They only have themselves to blame. Yes there is abuse on Facebook and Twitter but it's not as targeted or well coordinated or even as vile as what people from 4chan do. These motherfuckers force people out of their homes, to fear for their lives. And while it's not right to just blanket sweep all of 4chan when only a group of people from there do this type of shit, 4chan has a history of being open, indifferent and accepting of this type of behaviour for a very long time. If 4chan didn't have the reputation of being a place where you CAN do this type of shit people wouldn't DO this type of shit there.
