What we have to consider is, is it worth excluding a lot of possible members just because we don't want Cris, JC, Pepee, Joey - a handful of people - to be here? Because the best way to advertise this place is to create a thread on WWE-Club about it. Even if you PM everyone you can think of, you're bound to miss some people, there's just too many. Plus there are a lot of guests and lurkers on WWE-Club who might be interested in signing up to a new board when they see that it's a lot more fun than the old board. And the only way they're going to hear about this place is through a post or topic.

That plan is no longer feasible as it appears WWE-Club is no more.

I just went on to my phone as I was falling asleep and WWE-Club was the last site I'd had in my browser. Did NOT expect it to be shut down already. This is really going to hurt our recruitment, and I totally wouldn't put it past Bryan to have done this on purpose.

Thankfully, we have almost 50 people already and we can definitely go through the Facebook to grab people up.

Yeah man, I was there for more than 10 years. I'm actually kind of pissed that he would just completely take it down without giving us more than a cryptic warning, we deserve that much. I put so much time into that place, and so much effort. The least he could have done is given us a little more time to establish a new community.

It wouldn't surprise me. He probably saw the PM with the link to this site.

I'm a bit sad that Bryan just closed the site without warning, I understand why he had to shut it down. But it's a kick in the face to the people who put so much time and effort into contributing. People (myself included) have a lot of memories from that place, it would have been nice to have been able to say goodbye properly. He could have at least have put an announcement up instead of that dumb sun set boat picture. Way to make members feel undervalued.

I'm glad i'm not the only one who disliked Crissay, even back in the day with my old wwe-club account she annoyed the hell out of me. Dirthereb was irritating too. That said, if they and others signed up I wouldn't be outraged. As the forum grows there will be plenty of crazies/annoying people getting involved anyway.
