I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned this yet. What the hell happened to Gail Kim? She must have got a load of plastic surgery right before Bound For Glory. I didn't even recognize her at the pay per view, I thought they were using a stand in. I'm only just starting to see the similarities to her old appearance now, having adjusted to the change. But she still looks pretty weird. And a lot less attractive than she used to be.

I don't really understand why people do this to themselves.

Truth be told I don't see a huge difference. First, she has a different look on her face in both pictures, in the first one she has kind of a happier look with her mouth open a little. In the second one she is scowling and has her lips tightened. Not to mention her hair style in the second one is considerably less flattering for her. She may have had a really minor, minor face lift, but it's not all that noticable to me.
