Slapped hands with Sting last night.

Went to RPW High Stakes last night in Bethnal Green. Me and my mate had great seats, right next to the run way. So the wrestlers walked straight past us. Sting made an appearance and cut a little promo. Wasn't in his make up, which disappointed me a little, but was still nice. Never seen him before.

Was a great show. The match of the night was The Inner City Machine Guns (Ricochet & Rich Swann) vs The Swords of Essex (Will Ospreay & Paul Robinson) in which the ICMG became the new Rev-Pro British Tag Team Champions. Easily the match of the night. It was the match the crowd responded to the most and the only one to get a standing ovation.

The Rev-Pro British heavyweight championship also changed hands. Colt Cabana dropped the title to Marty Scurll in a 30 minute Iron Man match. British fans of Take Me Out may be familiar with Marty Scurll. He was a contestant on it once and the crowd kept mocking him, chanting Take Me Out related chants.

Inevitably, there were Daniel Bryan "Yes" chants throughout the night and CM Punk chants during Colts match. Overall, it was a great show.

6. Marty Scurll defeated Colt Cabana to WIN the Rev-Pro British heavyweight title in overtime 3 falls to 2 in the ‘Ironfist’ match
First fall to Scurll via count out after taping Cabana to the guard rail (8 mins).
Cabana made it 1-1 with the ‘Billy Goats Curse’ (21 mins).
Scurll made it 2-1 with a chain shot (24 mins).
Marty taped himself to the ropes to avoid any more falls. With 2 mins to go Cabana got some scissors.
Cabana made it 2-2 following a ‘GTS’.
The 30 min time limit expires… BUT, we got 5 more minutes. Sha Samuels & Terry Frazier came down and attacked Cabana after a ref bump. Scurll got a 2 count. But in the end, got the 3rd and decisive fall with a chicken wing to become the NEW Rev-Pro British heavyweight champion.
