What do you think about Magnus?

Magnus is currently getting a huge push. He made it to the finals of the BFG series, almost beat all 3 members of E.G.O in a gauntlet match, and is now going to wrestle Sting on TNA's biggest PPV of the year. Do you think this guy has what it takes to be a main eventer?

Its been a while since ive watched tna, but Magnus was one of the people i really liked. I always thought he deserved a main event push. I might watch Bound For Glory an depending on how i like it, i might start watching tna again.

He's grown on me alot since the British Invasion. I think he can go very far. even be a future TNA Heavyweight champion.

Honestly, I'm not a huge fan. I don't know what it is, but there's just something about him that makes me not care at too much.

BUT, i am over the moon to see TNA pushing a fresh young star who most others like. His push has been fantastic so far, and while I'm not his biggest fan, I'm more than happy to see him get pushed. Its fresh and exiting!

This guy has it all IMO. He's good in the ring, good on the mic, has great connection with the fans and he's a believable future star. I hope we see more of a push after BFG and not a heel Magnus going against Sting for a few months, god I hope that doesn't happen.

That'd be brilliant. From what I've seen of Magnus I really like him, he's got a great look and is only improving in the ring.

Regal should manage Barrett for sure - there was a United Kingdom angle on one of the video games a little while ago that was actually really good - it involved Drew McIntyre and Sheamus and was really enjoyable so I'd have no problem with them ripping that off to some degree.

I like him quite a bit. He's still improving, and I think it was the right move to not put the title on him just yet. But they've done a great job in pushing him and it is deserved. A couple of really good grudge feuds and I think he would be ready for the title.

Just keep him face. He was good as a heel, but it's harder to get someone over as a face so take advantage of it when you find it.

Not a TNA fan but I have watched a few of his matches and promos and really like the guy.

The guy can definitely work a match and is on some level entertaining, but I find him a bit bland for a main eventer. I think that if he's left to be the one that has to do even half the work or more of an angle it would be really boring.

^That's fair but we really haven't seen him have a chance at it yet. I feel that if they gave him a chance it wouldn't be horrible. It may not be the best thing but it could be a hell of a lot worse.

I'm of the same opinion. Magnus is a solid hand but I'd like to see him in a couple more feuds before he gets pushed to the main event. I personal don't see that "it" factor in him yet.

It was a pretty terrible match actually, but I'd place most of the blame for that on Sting. It looked like he was really phoning it in out there.
