From the first couple I can attest that the Bruiser Brody one is a fact. He was stabbed to death in Puerto Rico and they broke his legs to fit him into a small Puerto Rican casket. I remember hearing it from other wrestlers, Tony Atlas maybe? Perhaps Dutch Mantell (Zeb Coulter)?

The Nasty Boys/Shamrock incident is also true. Also, a lot of the longer ones from the 280s onward are mostly true.

Yeah. I remember reading the Brody ones way back when and never believing them ... then getting older and a little bit more knowledgeable and finding out they were true. So fucked up.
