I want to apologize to all of you for missing the segment. But mostly to BSM. You wrote a hell of a mtch and I let you down. I waited to the last minute to do everything for two reasons. One our internet connection on our computer has been shaky at best due to a hardware issue. And two, I wanted to give Saucernips an oppertunity to show up since daz said there was a good chance they would be around. Do to the nature of the segment I wanted to give them a chance to show. Still that is not an excuse for why I missed the preshow segment. I am sorry to everyone.

Defending a Legacy – Nice to read about Omega’s past with the SOS and winning the tag team titles and ready to face Phillips who has done nothing but make a mockery of SOS. Just see if he can restore some honor back to SOS or if Magnum will get the last laugh.

Knight vs Barry – One thing I love about Hess is that laugh before his theme, I just love it. Amos’ presence during this match really did give the match an extra spice. I guess we all figured that Barry would wind up victorious in the match but Knight did have a good showing towards the end of the match. Amos just kicks him out of the Disciples and beats the hell out of him, wish could have seen the type of beating Hess would have delivered.

The Big Night – Isn’t that sweet of Valentino to invite Dylan. Question is, does he accept the invitation? :idk

Zanettis vs Comeaus – This was really some last minute writing as learned late night on the 1st that Ali would unfortunately be unable to write. So I hope I represented his team well and also wanted to show that the Zanettis can wrestle a match without being too underhanded with Roxanne just doing the one thing to prevent the tag from happening.

Annihilation – Had some fun with this and hope you guys enjoyed it too with Zanettis working solely on Carter while Roxanne had to take care of Calvin and prevent him from interrupting the beating that Carter was going to receive.

The Rundown – I love the rundowns of the ppv card. "Matt should have brought a bazooka." :lol which is probably true cause I think win or lose Amos will spill the secret. Also wondering how much Zaid paid Cage to say that those action stars pulling for Zaid. Can't wait to read Genocide :headbang

Like the decision to get things kicked off right away with the hometown hero, Omega. Serves as sort of a reminder of the importance of the match for Omega and the relationship between him and the audience that will definitely play a factor in the main show.

The Barry/Knight match was brief, which is good--no point in drawing out a match with an obvious outcome. Now that Knight is out of the picture, it's going to be interesting to see what's next for Barry going forward as a singles competitor. I think he's been ready for this for quite some time, so I hope he gets his newfound singles career kicked off with a bang with a good feud. BSM deserves it with all the work he's put in for the Disciples, and he's really improved as a writer.

It seems inevitable that Dylan Kyle is going to somehow get involved with the wedding segment, which I'm really looking forward to reading. What's strange to me is how quickly he dropped out of the Zanetti bit. I don't understand it at all. He got betrayed by Roxanne, took multiple beatings at the hand of the Zanettis, and it's just dropped out of nowhere? I get that the Comeaus needed something to do, and I like the idea of a Kyle/Valentino feud, but there was no resolution at all to everything that happened between Kyle and the Zanettis/Moore.

In fact, Dylan was only mentioned once in passing during the Comeau/Zanetti match. The match was good in the sense that it served to make the Zanettis look strong and there was some pretty good action written in, but it completely wastes the whole debut that the Zanettis had by taking out Kyle to not wrap up that storyline. So I guess we'll see what happens going forward there, but it's a couple weeks in a row now that Kyle hasn't had any interaction with them at all.

The beating afterward was interesting. Ali taking a break from writing for a bit?

Great job with the PPV rundown as always, adds some anticipation for the main show. Looking forward to reading it!

Just because the Zanettis/Kyle feud was short doesn't mean there was no conclusion to it. Kyle challenged the Zanettis to a Handicap Match on Onslaught 13 and lost. That would have been the result even if we had booked the handicap match at Genocide instead. The Zanettis are a tag team (w/ Roxanne interference) and Kyle is just one man, so he was obviously going to lose. The Comeau Brothers ended up saving him from yet another Zanetti beatdown. And that transitioned us into the Comeaus/Zanetti match, while Kyle has tried to deal with the fact that everything has gone to hell for him and there's nothing he can do about it (seemingly). Maybe to make things more clear, we should have had a segment where Kyle says he gave up fighting the Zanettis because he realized how hopeless it was.

I guess that makes sense, but it just seems like there was no closure at all to the whole Roxanne/Kyle thing, which is mostly what I'm getting at here.
