Is there any chance that Kaiser wins?

Just looking at how things may fall out after Genocide, and figured this might be a good question to ask. I still fully expect Foster to retain the title, especially after how he won it in the first place. But what I'm wondering about is whether Kaiser might actually win, and if the feud will continue for one more PPV.

If Foster wins, here are the biggest potential heel contenders he'd have for the title:

-Spencer Miller, just faced Foster at PPV two PPVs back, might still be tangled up with Daz depending on what happens
-Magnum Phillips, has a title of his own
-Amos Hess, has lost a bit of momentum, could be the next contender but may need to be built back up throughout the month to get back to where he was a couple months ago

If Kaiser wins, there'd be a chance of Kaiser/Foster III at the next show, maybe Foster winning it back and giving more time to build up another potential heel contender to face Foster afterwards.

I know it seems rather obvious that Foster will win and I still completely expect him to, but I am curious about what's going to happen after Genocide.

I think Kaiser wins after throwing powder in Nick Foster's eyes. Then Johnny Devine comes out and is assisting Nick Foster to the back when Kaiser suddenly makes a challenge to Devine for a match right now, the title being on the line. Devine is hesitant but after much encouragement by Foster he accepts the challenge. Devine goes into the ring, hits Kaiser with a clothesline and delivers the immortal leg drop before covering, getting the 1,2,3 and winning the title in the process. The show closes then with Devine celebrating with the fans.

Only shock I can see so far for Kaiser to win is that Devine and Cavanah are working in cahoots with each other or some former Mafia member returning to interfere to help Kaiser win.
