Best Sim Fed character to never win a title?

I dont know much about sim-fed history as i came in to WCSF towards the end of the run, but was there a Roddy Piper/Jake the Snake in any of the fed's? Someone around for a long time but never capturing the big one? If so, who was the best out of those guys?

Bale? Over rated. If Doug was as good as he was in his own mind he would have won many titles. Too bad he was nothing more than, how does Triple H put it, B+.

Johnny U. Poor mans Ken Kennedy should be no where near the gold.

Muntari Mebah. What so he can leave just before his big title match? No way. Flash and Pan come to mind. He was never as good as the rest of you mods made him out to be. It was good that he left and we could rebook the international angle.

And yes Desmond Frazier was utter garbage. Nepotism got him ot the top IMO cus Fabulous Freddy couldn't control where he dropped his seed.

David Logan for me, guy's a pretty damn big name to never have won any Gold. Bale I would have expected to win something as well.

Frazier should have won some Gold, although I always feel like he wasn't around for that long for some reason. He did win Battlefield though, so he wasn't a complete loser.
