So your final Raw and Smackdown mock draft rosters:

RAW:

Seth Rollins
Dean Ambrose (WWE Champion)
Kevin Owens
Rusev (US Champion)
Brock Lesnar
Bray Wyatt
Shinsuke Nakamura (NXT)
Randy Orton
Sheamus
Enzo & Cass
American Alpha (NXT)
Bubba Ray Dudley
The New Day (WWE Tag Team Champions)
Zack Ryder
Apollo Crews

Smackdown:

John Cena
AJ Styles
Roman Reigns
The Miz (WWE Intercontinental Champion)
Charlotte (WWE Womens Champion)
Neville
Sami Zayn
Sasha Banks
Chris Jericho
Cesaro
Bayley (NXT)
Paige
Finn Balor (NXT)
Bobby Roode (NXT)
MVP (Outside WWE)

Notable people not selected:

Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows
Alberto Del Rio
Baron Corbin
Becky Lynch
Big Show
Kane
Braun Stroman & Erick Rowan
Dolph Ziggler
Darren Young
Titus O'Neil
The Usos
Kalisto

The rosters actually ended up much more even then I was expecting. I would say Smackdown has more star power at the top of the card on a week by week basiss with Cena, Reigns and Styles. However, Raw has potential for bigger matches during bigger PPVs (Lesnar, Orton, Nakamura, etc). Raw has the tag division and Smackdown has a great start to their Women's division. 3 of the 4 horsewomen is pretty awesome. If you add Austin Aries and Samoa Joe to Smackdown, you would have 5 of TNA's biggest stars in recent years. That may seem odd, but those are proven guys who all know how to play multiple roles well.
