In one way, this is the news WWE has needed for ages, get Cena out the way so that others can finally step up and make a name. Annoying however, its come at the worst time with so many other guys injured, and Cena's presence is probably needed now more than ever.

Yeah I feel you, on the one hand this is a HUGE opportunity for them to build up new stars. On the other hand, they haven't exactly shown they have the ability to build a new star in years, so... eh.

I read that this is the first Mania he hasn't been a part of since his debut, which is crazy that all his injuries he's had haven't been at Mania time.

Let's be honest though, with Cena's superhuman recovery powers, 6-9 months could be 3 and he'll be back for Mania.
