Brutal timing for him too. I mean he's not getting a huge push, but there seems to be a lot of fan support behind him and I felt like a breakthrough may have been coming for him.

What's with the shoulder injuries too? Between Jey Uso, Cesaro, Sami Zayn, and Hideo Itami, that's 4 shoulder surgeries this year with 4-6 month recovery times.

The sad thing is that it's kinda hard to care. Cesaro wasn't going to make a big difference over the next six months anyway. I mean you could argue that with so many others injured and out of action, and given how popular he is right now, this is the best chance he ever had of getting a good push. But if we're being honest with ourselves, none of us thought that had even the slightest chance of actually happening.

WWE will miss his ability to fill time on Raw with impressive in ring action, and the fans will miss those good wrestling matches too. But outside of that his being gone won't make a huge difference. WWE are probably more annoyed that they've lost yet another name; they probably don't care that that person was Cesaro.
