Seth Rollins and The US Title

Postby Romo » Aug 25, '15, 7:22 pm

Saw this idea on reddit

Seth should keep the Open Challenge thing going, but instead of letting anybody answer, he calls someone out. Make it a lower card person that he's confident he can beat, which still makes him look like a weasel while being a fighting champion.

Plus, Heath Slater can finally get his shot!

I think thats actually a good idea, mocks John Cena alittle more and then once they go through a few people bring in someone they wouldn't mind holding the title (someone like Neville, Hideo Itami (if he is close to returning), Sami Zayn (same as Itami),Samoa Joe), etc and then have Sting cost him the title, kills two birds with one stone.

Didn't Rollins already do this a few weeks back but for the WWE title? He challenged anyone, as long as they were under 6 feet and under 200 pounds. Neville came out and Rollins won.

I actually think something like that could work, and definitely further his programme with John Cena as well.

Being honest, I wouldn't be surprised if Seth Rollins has two matches at Night of Champions, defending the US title against John Cena and defending the world heavyweight title against Sting!
