I don't see him losing the match clean, I also don't see him carrying both titles. Vacating the US title would shit all over the work he's done to improve its significance (though the fact he's competing for the WWE Title does that alone tbh)

So I guess he either wins and Sheamus cashes in or there's a DQ or something.

He'll obviously win it at some point. At Summerslam, I don't know. It seems like it's not the right time for either of these guys to lose their respective titles. So I have no idea what's going to happen. A shitty DQ or non-finish seems the obvious bet, but that's such a cop out that it would be embarrassing for them to go that route at a show as big as Summerslam.
