There are in fact several weakness Lesnar possesses that Seth Rollins, the self-proclaimed architect and mastermind, should be able to research with 5 weeks prep time and then exploit.
Watching every Lesnar appearance from 2012-present (which shouldn't take long, hur hur), Rollins would find out that Brock's kryptonite (Lesnarite?) is steel colliding with his skull. Knowing that as the champion, Rollins will enter the match at Battleground second, he can sneak through the crowd with a steel chair and blast Lesnar in the face it as he turns around. Rollins will be fined a large amount of money (per WWE's policy of no chair shots to the head), but it will be a necessary sacrifice. Rollins can then put the chair under Lesnar's head and Pedigree him several times on the chair. This is nearly the same strategy Lesnar used when he fought Big Show at the Rumble Rumle last year; Rollins can use it to gain the advantage before the match officially starts.
Lesnar sweats like a whore in church and will therefore quickly become dehydrated. Rollins has better stamina than Lesnar and can run around the ring until Lesnar wears himself out.
Paul Heyman's presence at ringside motivates Lesnar, but it's also another weakness. We know Brock wants Heyman around (he saved him once from getting fired by Vince), he doesn't want him to get hurt nor has he ever become aggressive towards Paul in his 2012-present WWE run. Rollins can use Heyman as a human shield, or throw Heyman at Lesnar and then land a cheapshot to turn the tide of the match.
Lesnar's moveset is limited to mostly German Suplexes and F-5s. If Rollins can master every counter to those two moves, he can turn Suplex City into a ghost town.
If Rollins employs all of those strategies and it's still not enough to put away the Beast, his last hope is to get himself DQ'd or counted out and pray that he will have better luck in a rematch.
