who should Russev battle next?

Postby Westcoastvibes » Dec 14, '14, 9:24 pm

Russev has not done much besides a short stint with big show and henry, then a over lengthy run with Swagger that is beyond worn out.

My theory is that WWE backed themselves into a corner with Russev's gimmick and don't have anyone other than Swagger to feed Russev. so, who can WWE have work a fued with him?

I would say the best bet would be to have someone that needs a push jump into a program with him. Maybe someone like Neville who should be moving up soon. they could go with the story of Neville does not care about the Russian crap and just wants to make a name by taking out the powerhouse and gaining a title in the process. This would allow Russev to break away from the anti-American gimmick and focus more on the monster powerhouse gimmick

This would work. Especially if Rusev brings back the European title. It would be nice to have someone from outside the US take it from him. Bad News Barrett would also be a nice choice, when he returns from injury.

He should enter the Rumble, be dominating guys, then all of a sudden a surprise entrant of Kurt Angle should come down, eliminate him. Sets them up to face each other at Mania.
