Bo Dallas has been fucking fantastic ever since his debut and what to do the geniuses working for the WWE do a week after he defeated Dolph Ziggler? Have him lose to R-Truth! R-Truth hasn't been on television in ages! Nobody cares about R-Truth!

Bo Dallas should have remained undefeated and then beat that boring sap of a champion Sheamus to become the new United States Champion. In my book his record is still 17-AND-BO! Fuck WWE.

The whole Bo Dallas/R Truth bit was excellent booking from the WWE and brilliant building on the Bo Dallas character and if you people can't see then then I can't help you.

Yeah I gotta say WWE really dropped the ball on this one. They could have done this whole Bo Dallas Streak real good it should have ended at one of the major PPV's with a major name ending it. Not R-Truth

I don't even think it had to be a major PPV just let someone who has actual decent credibility beat him. If it was Sheamus, Dolph, or Kofi I would have no problem, but R Truth is barely on TV at all. If R Truth doesn't join the Xavier Woods stable than this whole thing makes no sense.

In a perfect world I would have debuted him around November or December keep the streak going till Wrestlemania. Then at WM I'd have the band Journey live to perform Don't Stop Bolievin then I'd have him defeated by someone with a HUGE name that could give him a hell of a rub even while beating him.

This loss made perfect sense. If he went up against Sheamus we'd all expect him to lose and it would lose all it's meaning because LOLSHEAMUSWINS. Who REALLY thought Truth would beat current Bo. Guys like Bo aren't supposed to lose to guys like Truth. NO BODY saw this coming until it happened. Bo went in cocky and arrogant. He let his win streak get to his head, did an early victory lap and let down his guard. Bo cost himself the win against a lesser opponent and now he will be a better more focused Bo because of it. Bo's streak could even reach 100+ wins because of this very important learning experience. All you have to do is BOlieve!!!

I think it made sense. They were putting Dallas up against schmucks that people can't stand (El Torito, Khali) and as a result he was getting cheered each week when he won and people were applauding him as he did his post-match victory lap, he got a fairly large ovation at Battleground during the battle royal and if reports are to be believed WWE was frustrated that he wasn't getting the proper heat as a heel and so last night was how they chose to go about rectifying the problem.

At least last night he had to eat his words and show his nasty streak by beating down Truth plus now he may well continue as normal, refusing to acknowledge that he even lost which provides him with easy heat garnering foil. Undefeated streaks in wrestling are horribly cliche anyway, so if anything I'm happy they've got it over and done with.

Do I agree with the move though? Not really. They'd already built up the fact he was unbeaten and had his own 'streak' going so they may as well has kept it up - I don't even mind that he lost to someone as irrelevant as Truth because it makes sense that he didn't take his opponent seriously and got caught by surprise but the way it happened on RAW was really underwhelming.

If you're going to build up the undefeated streak when he eventually does get caught by surprise it should have been a bigger moment that provided a cathartic experience for the audience - they should have been reveling in Dallas' misery, delighted that he's finally gotten what he deserved. Instead they chose to have him lose on the cheap in a weak spot on the card that had no prior build up and as a result the moment lacked emotion.

It was a good idea, if you ask me. Bo Dallas isn't exactly all that high on the card, and doesn't even look that impressive from a kayfabe standpoint, in spite of his winning streak. He's supposed to be someone who isn't all that great, but who thinks he's hot shit. Beating that guy isn't going to be a huge rub for any opponent, even if he has been on a winning streak.

Besides, Rusev is on a winning streak too. Keeping both of them going might be overkill. And Rusev's will undoubtedly provide the better rub.

It was a better idea to use his loss for some character development. Introducing us to a new element of his character by showing us that while he may be a gracious winner (if obnoxiously so), he's not a gracious loser. It makes him more of a bad guy. Now he's not just infuriating, he's actively a dickhead. I don't think they really wasted his first loss.

At least in theory. The match was too short, so Truth's win just seemed silly. If it had gone even 4 minutes, they could have even used the same finish and it would have had a lot more impact. It's just that the loss happened so quickly that the crowd wasn't hot for it at all.
