Cesaro has fallen into oblivion

Postby SKS » Jul 21, '14, 7:34 pm

He won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WM30, was very over as a face guy if WWE would have turned him, instead they align him with Paul Heyman. But now it's like he doesn't even matter. Heyman couldn't get him over as a heel because all he'd talk about is Mike Lient. He's lost to Kofi Kingston twice recently and was eliminated by Heath freaking Slater aka Clem Layfield in that Battleground battle royal. He just said he's no longer a Heyman guy. What can save Cesaro? :(

Look at the bright side, he has not been buried by hhh or feed to cena yet.

Maybe he could take the title off leaner when he gets it but that would never happen

It's ridiculous that this guy isn't being built as a big time face. The fans were so desperate to cheer for him at WrestleMania and in the buildup to it, he was over HUGE. Just another major blown opportunity.

His partnership with Heyman was bizarre from the start. It was strange to see that some people were actually in favour of it.

With Cesaro I'd say it's just a matter of being patient. If recent reports are to be believed they're still high on him and plan to push him as a babyface eventually but at the minute there's no room for him. Pairing him with Heyman was a ridiculous decision in the first place - they took someone that was an organic fan favourite and tried forcing him down our throats as a heel anyway.

Now he's back on his own and he'll likely just have to bide his time again. Eventually people will start cheering him again and eventually a space will open up higher on the card and he'll get an opportunity then.
