As @Kirbi rightly pointed out when she read this comment, it wasn't a problem for Jake the Snake. If people were really interested in what he had to say, they'd be silent and hanging on his every word, not chanting "boring".

You've probably seen them, but check out Ambrose's promos before he came to WWE, including his NXT ones. He's legit untouchable. Jake the Snake, Roddy Piper and Heath Ledger's The Joker have a clear influence, but nevertheless he has his own distinctive style.
