I'd say after he arrest her VISA was called into question and so WWE had no choice but to terminate her contract as she was set to be deported. However as she only had to serve a single day community service and it was allegedly a mistake (a fact her lawyer will have likely stressed) any VISA or work problems will have been overlooked and thus the WWE wouldn't need to release her. That's just my two cents on it though, that isn't fact or anything.

Wow, didn't see this coming at all. You've got to feel sorry for her - her incident did genuinely sound like an honest mistake and for her to possibly lose her career over it is horrendous news. Best of luck too her whatever she does next - maybe TNA or GFW? I don't particularly care for the Divas division but this is a damn shame!

Yeah it seems weird that they would dump her in a day after this happened if it was just a simple mistake. Unless they were just looking for an excuse to dump her anyway. It's not like she's done much since coming up to the main roster. Her dance hasn't gotten over the way it did in NXT.

I'm with you on this one. There has to be more to it. Maybe she was arrested before and we never heard of it? Maybe she was caught stealing from the locker room at one point and this should WWE she hadn't gotten better. It could have been a lot of things other then WWE over reacting.

Either way sorry to see her go. I really liked her as a wrestler even if the song and the fucking bubbles were stupid.
