I just found this on WWE.com in an interview with Triple H and Cole. So just to let everyone know if you are still thinking of not getting the network and into the Hall of Fame ceremony this might be your chance to see it live.

I think they might have it like RAW and SmackDown on demand after the show is aired. As for you other question it not said in the FAQ on the WWE site if you can have muliple devices but I think it is logical that you can but just have one device login at time.
