Last nights SD had a triple main event with Big E vs. Dean Ambros followed by Mark Henry vs. Roman Reigns and finished with John Cena vs. Seth Rollins.
Big E vs. Ambros was a decent match that seemed to favor Big E the whole match, even the pace of the match favored Big E the whole time so it was no surprise that Big E picked up the win.
Henry vs. Reigns was back and forth with no major spots to talk about, standard big guy vs big guy match. The ending was kinda cheesy with a not so fabulous superman punch setting up a average spear for a win by Reigns.
The surprise to the triple main event was Cena vs. Rollins. This match was a diamond disguised as a lump of coal, Rollins took it to cena and they both went back and forth vigorously. Both guys looked at the top of there game and it even apperead that this was an attempt from wwe to have cena put Rollins over, I would even say he sorta did even though Rollins lost the match.
That match changed my view of Rollins, I always pictured him as the one guy from the group that was the filler, the guy that would go back to NXT after the shields run was over. After last night I can easily see him as the next cm punk, the anti authority figure that can do anything in the ring. He is the first guy I have seen in a long time that was able to have a back and forth match with cena without it looking extreamly scripted and rehearsed (except for cenas mat he's with Bryan) and at times I truly thought Rollins was gonna pick up the win. The fact that the match ended clean was a nice cherry on top as well.
All in all it was a great finish to the show.
