Will it be tomorrow's RAW to see where they are heading with whatever direction you think they may or may not have for Bryan? Or will it be the week after to see if he's been given his shot yet? Or maybe the week after? Or will it be WM to watch whatever match Bryan does end up in?
I don't know why, but I find the whole thing so funny...
I wanted to get back to this, because this is an argument that really bugs me. This smug "of course you'll keep watching anyway" attitude always seems to rear its ugly head from some corner or another whenever something like this happens. And it's a really horrible argument to make.
It seems like there's no defense against a statement like this. People always threaten to ragequit after controversial moments. And it's likely that some of the people here have promised to stop watching WWE in the past also. So you automatically win the conversation right? You've shown everyone how stupid they really are, because 100% of them have already stuck with the WWE this long. How are they supposed to prove to you that they're not going to watch it ever again now?
The problem with your argument is that your data is incomplete. Instead of looking at this thread, go back and look at a similar one from a year ago (hard to do with a new website, but you get my point). And another from a year before that. And the year before that. You'll see a lot of posts from people who aren't around anymore. And you'll see that every single year, people are following through on this promise.
But that's okay, because they won't be around to contradict you when you tell everyone that stuck around that nobody ever follows through on promises like this. So don't worry about it.
