No release date for this one, just the knowledge that it's being developed exclusively for PS4 by Insomniac Games (Spyro, Ratchet and Clank, etc.). Spidey games have ranged from great to downright rotten over the years but given the pedrigree of the studio behind the game I'm certainly keeping a close eye on it. The costume is rank, but I won't linger on that too much as these games generally feature the option to unlock and change suits as you please. I'd have to imagine the PS4 exclusivity may have been something to do with the deal Sony made with Marvel to incorporate Spidey into the MCU.
