I was on Gamespot, and I noticed this. The top one is on the main page. The second one is deeper into the game's page after you click several pages to get to it.

From the looks of it, a promoted "Average User Score" of 9/10 and one a bit further done that is 5/10. Stinks a bit of score inflation. They gave it a very positive score in their review as well despite doing a live stream showing off a hell of a lot of bugs.

The general picture from everything I've seen is that this game is a bit better than last year's offering but it's still quite bug filled and doesn't offer anything new to get excited about, it's just another Assassin's Creed game I won't be bothering with.
