I'll do four, in order of when I played them.
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate - Probably my favorite game to date in terms of gameplay. I'm a huge fan of the Monster Hunter series and I'm trilled that 4 Ultimate in 2015 will have Online play and its usual features will be improved upon as always. Only reason I'm not giving it a perfect score is because there's a lull in the middle where you basically have to repeat most of the quests you've already done, on a slightly higher difficulty. And farming can be a real pain in the ass sometimes.
9.5/10
Fire Emblem Awakening - I feel this game is kinda overrated. There's nothing to do after you beat all the quests in the main story mode, except train your heroes, and I didn't find that very exciting. Wasn't about to pay money to download a couple maps from the E-shop either. It's a fun game for a bit but not really much beyond that. I played a similar game prior to this, which was Lord of the Rings the Third Age for the GBA, and I liked it more than this one. That game had trolls, elephants, and ents that you could use as units and they made the battles a lot more fun. Fire Emblem had a couple basic classes of units, and that got lame after a while.
7/10
Pokemon Y - Mixed feelings about this one. The graphics were really awesome as expected, but I feel like that is the only thing that could truly give it an edge over Black/White 2, which was my favorite game in the series up to that point. The biggest criticism I have with this game was the storyline, it was really boring and felt like a 100% copy of the story from every single other Pokemon game ever. And I'm not talking about the pick starter, 8 gyms, Pokemon League formula, but other stuff like the very generic evil team, choosing your fossil Pokemon from the cave, that kind of stuff. It felt like they went really lazy there and didn't do anything remotely new or different. Also, there wasn't that many new Pokemon and only 3 legendaries. And not much to do after beating the League. The online features are the best they've ever been for Pokemon and I love how you can raise your know team with the XP Share now. But overall, it feels painfully obvious that they are waiting for Pokemon Z to really give us the total package for the 6th Generation.
7.5/10
If Pokemon Transporter counts, I'd give that a 0/10.
Skyrim - This game is a masterpiece. It really does feel like a work of art. That is basically everything good I could have talked about in a nutshell. The combat is what really prevents it from being a perfect game in my view though. It's rarely difficult so you don't really get a sense of accomplishment when you beat a boss.
