Re: UK Peeps, EU Referendum. You in or out?

Boris is a fucking coward.

The other Tory candidates don't bode well either. Take your pick, best of a bad bunch.

Re: Which TV sitcom would you love to have just one more series of?

Gavin & Stacey. It only did 3 series', it probably has ran it's course but I would love to see just one more series to tie off all the lose ends. Did Smithy and 'Nessa end up together, did Gavin & Stacey have a baby girl or boy etc.

Re: UK Peeps, EU Referendum. You in or out?

I don't want to live on this planet anymore, I feel like I've been living in some sort of parallel universe over the past week. Farage's behaviour in Brussels yesterday was horrendous, what an odious little man. He is doing us no favours, we want to make trade deals with EU countries following 'brex...

Re: UK Peeps, EU Referendum. You in or out?

These sound bites from the general public make for some embarrassing watching: https://www.facebook.com/midlandstoday/videos/10154253730714761/ Is it just me who thinks immigration will probably remain the same and that the leave campaign did a fine job at playing on people's insecurities regarding ...

Re: Jerry Lawler arrested and suspended indefinitely.

From what's been written (and obviously it's impossible to know what really happened) but it sounds to me like they were both at fault. She had been drinking and was possibly spoiling for a fight and he indulged her rather than being the bigger person and walking away - afterall what's to gain from ...

Re: Virtual reality gaming?

I'm not sold on the idea of having to get up and move around to manoeuvre in game. Seems like you'd need a lot of space and I'd be constantly worried about tripping over one of my kids toys or knocking the TV off the stand or something. The stationary headset could work though I think I'll wait for ...

Re: British thread

Porky where are you in the midlands? I'm guessing like half the population of the West Mids you've tried applying for Manpower/Staffline at JLR? :lol

Sorry to hear about your brother being burgled AKY, sounds completely shit - hope they get caught.

Re: "The Journey" - FIFA 17 Story Mode

Looks interesting. My partner might like this, he doesn't really play online and prefers creating his own player and starting from the bottom so this seems like it would be up his street. Possibly mine too.

Re: England fans attacked by Russian and French fans in Marseille

Embarrassing for all nations involved. Football fans need to remember that when they travel for a tournament, like the players, they are representing their home nations and should behave as such. Not only that, but quite frankly the police have bigger fish to fry at present, there's a real threat of...

Re: I kind of got someone fired today.

You did the right thing, you were honest. The job obviously wasn't the right one for him.

I understand why you feel bad though, but it's likely he would have got sacked at some point due to his incompetence - better sooner rather than later.

Re: Johnny Depp's wife Amber Heard accuses him of assault

I only just heard about this and I'm already annoyed by all of those leaping to Depp's defense and claiming that she's only saying this because she's an attention whore or because she's looking for a pay day. It seems pretty obvious that he did attack her. She's clearly banged up. There's apparentl...

Re: UK Peeps, EU Referendum. You in or out?

So, because if my parents very bright idea of giving me an Italian passport when I was younger, even though I was born and would ultimately be raised in this country, I am considered an Italian citizen and therefor am not allowed to vote on this referendum. Italian passport or not, I find it odd th...

UK Peeps, EU Referendum. You in or out?

We got our polling cards through the post this week. I don't know what to do, there's so much conflicting information on both sides, but I'm leaning towards in. It seems like the main reason most people want to vote out is due to immigration. Apparently leaving the EU will solve all our so called im...
