Re: Justice League

The other part is that people have a very jaded opinion of DC that will be tough to break regardless of what movie is made. Guilty. I just don't see much to be excited about here. I kind of like how they're doing The Flash, not going with the cliche, "the world slows down around him" stuf...

Re: Rate the last film that you've watched

Power Rangers There has been a wave of nostalgia recently, taking kids shows from the 80s and pumping up the budget to make a feature film. Some are successful, like Transformers, some are not, like Jem and the Holograms. But none of them are any good. So now, the 80s well has dried up, so we're mo...

Re: How long will it take for Trump to be impeached?

1-2 years. The question is, always has been, and always will be: When will the Republicans pull the trigger, if they even will? Sadly, for incumbent Republican representatives, their cushy job takes precedent over the country. But as soon as they know they're on the hot seat, they will act. See, the...

Re: You know it's the mack militant

They should set up just Cena vs Miz for Wrestlemania and when their better halves interfere, Teddy Long can come down and make it a tag match. :P I would actually love this. Seconded. It's better than any other way they will set up this match. And the loser has to go one on one with... DA UNDATAKA!!!

Re: What are you doing for the Super Bowl this weekend?

Here are my predictions for the Superb Owl... It's this one: http://hypervocal.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/superb-owl.jpeg BUT SERIOUSLY, FOLKS! 1. Doritos will have at least one stupid commercial that everyone but the designated driver will find hysterical. 2. Someone will try to revive or rival...

Re: They fucked it up again

Roman was there to get the Orton victory over with the fans. Nobody else could have gotten Orton over like that if he had eliminated them. They knew what they were doing with Roman. It was bait. Even I fell for it hard until I started thinking more about it afterwards. I want to address this. Parti...

Re: They fucked it up again

I get the idea that a Surprise #30 likely wouldn't have won. I get the idea that setting up Reigns vs. Undertaker here was a decent move. I get the idea that Orton's win was heightened by it being against Reigns. None of that changes the fact that continuing to put Roman Reigns into Main Event match...

Re: Rating the Rumbles

Rating the Rumbles - 1992 Emanating from the Knickerbocker Arena in Albany, New York, the 1992 Royal Rumble was obviously the biggest one to date. Why? Because for the first of only two times, the major world championship was on the line. Hulk Hogan and The Undertaker had been battling over the WWF ...

Re: Rating the Rumbles

Rating the Rumbles - 1991 Miami, Florida. The 1991 Royal Rumble is where I think the match really took off. If you ask me, this is where the WWE really got the inklings and ideas that would solidify the match as more than a fun gimmick, but a match that could have serious consequences and implicatio...

Re: Rating the Rumbles

Rating the Rumbles - 1990 January 21, 1990. Orlando, Florida. The third ever Royal Rumble event is set to take place. The Rumble matches have been good thus far, but with lackluster winners. Will this one be better? Let's find out! Getting to the issue with these Rumbles, is that it is quite boring ...

Re: Favorite Christmas Film?

Am I the only one who finds A Christmas Story to be completely overplayed and overrated? It just might be that I hate that kind of story, the, "Oh, my childhood was so embarrassing, but also somehow charming" crap, but I find it to be insipid and boring.

Re: Rating the Rumbles

Rating the Rumbles - 1989 From Houston, Texas, on January 15, 1989, we get the Pay Per View debut of the Royal Rumble. And this match is bigger, containing the now-standard 30 men that we are now used to. Its also now the actual Main Event of the show! The last event was actually finished off by a t...

Rating the Rumbles

Rating the Rumbles - 1988 In 1987, Pat Patterson came up with a match type that would go on to become one of the annual staples of WWE: the Royal Rumble. In all honesty, the Royal Rumble is easily my favorite match type of all time. There's a lot to like about it, and its almost always fun to watch,...

Re: Great Ending to Goldberg's Career

I like this move because it's kind of "UFC Booking". In the UFC and MMA in general, you have a load of hype that leads to an eventual clash at a Pay Per View. Sometimes, this hype leads to a five-round classic that goes to the judges. Sometimes, you get a seventeen-second knockout. Either ...
